Story-

Long ago, during the time of the Mahabharata, Lord Krishna visited Hastinapur.
Duryodhana arranged a grand royal feast for Him—golden plates, hundreds of dishes, all the luxuries.
But Krishna did not go there.

Instead, He walked straight to the humble home of His devotee, Vidura. Vidura was away, and only his wife was at home. Suddenly seeing the Lord at her door, she was overwhelmed.
She had nothing special to offer—only some boiled greens.

Lost in devotion, she served Krishna with trembling hands, even offering banana peels by mistake.
And Krishna ate joyfully, smiling with every bite.

When Vidura returned, he was embarrassed to see this. But Krishna laughed and said:
“Vidura, what your wife gave me with love is far more precious than all the royal feasts. I don’t desire riches—I only desire true love.”
