This flight in the wintery Welsh hills was a chilly one. In fact my iPad turned off from the cold shortly after take off and I then navigated old school by dead reckoning and pilotage alone. Lots of frosted forests, black waters, and snowy hills. Lake Bala was hidden in a beautiful layer of fog. Nov 2024.
