The real adventure begins! After final prep, we officially start the hike and horse ride to Dodipatsar Lake. It was around 8 AM when the journey kicked off — with horses fetched from far grazing points and guides ready to lead us into the wild.
This ride wasn't your usual horseback experience — it involved river crossings, rocky paths, steep climbs, and long distances. It truly made me realize how worth it the guide and horse charges really are (typically PKR 6000–8000, depending on the deal).
