The Chief Executive Officer of Rwanda Information Society Authority (RISA) Mr. Innocent BAGAMBA MUHIZI addressed the participants of Kigali Global Dialogue 2023 #KGD about digital stories that could shape the world. He highlighted various initiatives mainly from #Rwanda including #Irembo, #Momopay etc... which are positively shaping citizens' lifestyles.
He challenged Africans to stop being consumers of technologies rather become producers and developers of those technologies to the world because they are capable and have what it takes.
