🥕 ( F R I E D R I C E ) Good for 6 I have 3 glasses rice washed and kept aside in water Meanwhile let’s clean, wash and cut the 🥬 vegetables Let’s add salt and rice to the boiling water The rice has to be boilt untill 80%. Rest after mixing the veggies 🥕 and sauces In a pot with little oil Add ginger spring onions 🧅 mushrooms 🍄‍🟫 carrots🥕 Make sure the fire is slow🔥 now add boilt and ready to eat corns 🌽 some different colours bell peppers 🫑 you may add up vegetables of your choice Add lil vinegar
Chilli flakes
Black pepper
Soy sauce
Chilly garlic sauce
Lime juice
And some tomato 🍅 sauce or ketchup Add the left over spring onions and pour the prepared sauce on the vegetable. Mix and add it to the boilt rice Now adding egg is optional Add the veg mix to the rice Now add the eggs if needed Mix it well as shown and cover and on very slow fire 🔥 cook the rice untill you see the steam and rice cooked OurCaption#
