SMW Custom Boss - Gadobadorrer (from Brandish 2: The Planet Buster)

Gadobadorrer (or "God Badorrer") is the final phase of the final boss of Brandish 2: The Planet Buster against King Badorrer of Bundevia. After he was slain in his game, he ended up in THE VOID where an eradicator of God known as "The Plumber" must finish the job in R-ACK: Void Expansion.

Adapting a topdown boss into a platformer is something that has been done before, though usually the sprite itself normally works out in both. This is not one of those cases, so it makes it all the funnier to look. Gadobadorrer from his base game has only a handful of attacks, so I exaggerated them for his SMW return with 8 attacks.

== Fire Shots ==
The first attack guarenteed to be picked. For the first hitpoint, he'll start with slower shots and then quickly increase the rate of fire until he throws a shell.

== Dash Forward ==
More added for a more varied attack pattern + movement variety, he'll have the chance to either move to the other side, or start moving but then back away to juke you out.

== Lightning from above ==
Kind of an attack I took from VIP 4's final boss, a bolt of lightning from above will be summoned at the player's x position. Careful being in the air, as it's only indicated for half a second.

== Mirror Fire ==
Gado will move out of the screen then start firing fireballs from above. These shots move upward once they hit the bottom of the screen. The attack ends when it attempts to fire a shell from it's mouth.

== Attack from above! ==
One interesting mechanic with this boss is some attacks have midphases that can happen at random chance. The normal behavior is it jumps up, then targets your x position. But there's a 50% chance it'll lunge up, but then bolts of sideways lightning will aim at the player's vertical position before slamming above.

== Energy Chasers ==
The boss will take a brief pause before summoning two chasing projectiles that only move in a grid (no diagonal movements). This attack can be extremely tricky to avoid.

== Spin Jump ==
Gado will start spinning and then do a King K. Rool bounce from one direction to the other.

== Dash Spin ==
Gado will stare at the camera, and then quickly dash forward while spinning. This is maybe the most direct adaptation of Gadobadorrer from his source game (and is surprisingly dangerous).
