Описание: In this final video in my listening to the system series, I talk about 4 systems a leader should manage all at once. I have broken it up into these four systems to help make this complex topic a little more practical. We manage the individuals who report to us, the teams they are a part of, the organization’s culture, and the external pressures on the organization simultaneously, but they are never separate. We sit in the middle of these four systems all the time. They are all a part of our management strategy so that we can stay in touch with everything all at once, allowing us to pivot and grow through a constant stream of real time feedback from the system we are stewarding.
