This video contains mostly Eastbound trains as most footage is from the Cascade Subdivision. CPKC and CN have a directional running agreement where CPs Cascade Sub is Eastbound, and CNs Yale Sub is Westbound. Some trains do run against the flow of traffic, due to different destinations or in some cases line closures. Eastbound trains on the Yale Sub cross over at the Fraser river bridge in Mission, and diverge onto the Cascade Sub.
Motive power in this video - GE and EMD locomotives with roads such as; Canadian Pacific, Canadian National, Kansas City Southern and Union Pacific.
