I’m using my Powerblock adjustable kettlebell to do a drop set of Goblet Squats.
62 lbs./28 kg. x 5
53 lbs./24 kg. x 5
44 lbs./20 kg. x 5
35 lbs./16 kg. x 5
For me a lot of the value of the Goblet Squat comes from having to use my core and thoracic extension to hold the kettlebell in position.
The problem I have is that my arms fail before my legs do, so being able to quickly drop 4 kg. every 5 reps allows my legs and cardio to get some work while giving my arms and core some time to catch up.
