We Tried the Chef's Table on a Princess Cruise Ship

We discuss the details of the galley tour before the dinner, meeting with the Executive Chef, the Director of Restaurant Operations (the Matre 'd), and talk about each course and wine pairing. We talk some about the differences between the ships.
