Sooooo... this video is a little misleading. If you're buying a Lakewood Ranch Home, there's a high chance you will be paying a CDD Fee as part of your property taxes. For every buyer I am working with in Lakewood Ranch, I am working with another who wants to be very close to the area, but doesn't necessarily want to pay the fees associated for the privilege. If you fall in to the latter category, this video is perfect for you. These neighborhoods are the ones that are right on Lakewood's door step, but not technically in Lakewood Ranch. This means they will no doubt be more affordable in terms of property taxes, and probably in HOA fees too.

ADVICE : My biggest advice is to compare these next 10 neighborhoods (and a few other potential candidates) to Lakewood Ranch's finest ones too. Compare which is the better fit for you and your family. Are you an amenities person? Will you use them if you're paying for them?
I also recommend you compare the brand new construction homes to resale homes.
