Getting a horse to sit can be tricky. Getting a horse to maintain that collection in and out of the lateral work and extended trot is the challenge of what we call dressage. In this video Charlotte Bredahl Bakers helps to develop the collection through the exercises. Constantly challenging the horse to maintain an uphill balance in and out of the lateral movements in dressage. While this video is short, it is a very clear and concise video on how that constant challenge will create and uphill balance.
This video was filmed at the Robert Dover Horsemastership program in Wellington, Florida at the Global Dressage Festival.
