Ingredients
1 cup mung dhuli dal
3 tbsp semolina
2 tbsp gram flour
2-3 tbsp curd
2 green chili
1" ginger
1 tsp sugar
Oil or ghee as required
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda/ meetha soda

Coconut chutney
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp chana dal
1 tsp urad dhuli dal
1 kashmiri red chili
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
4 cashews/ 1 tbsp peanuts
Salt to taste

Tomato Chutney
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp chana dal
1 tsp urad dhuli dal
2 whole red chili
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
2 tomatoes
Salt to taste
1 tsp deggi mirch powder
1 tbsp tamarind pulp
1 tsp Jaggery

Tadka-
1 tbsp oil
1.5 tbsp mustard seeds
10-15 curry leaves
1 red chili
