The final line of the film and Kassi's vows; "when we're leaves on the trees and dust in the wind," has stuck with me since I first heard it.
Kassi and Travis had some of the most beautifully written vows I've heard in my 10 years of filming weddings. Which would make sense as Kassi is a musician.
Kassi also created her own dress and all of her bridesmaids dresses BY HAND along with much of the reception decor.
This wedding would have been stunning either way but capturing it on 16mm film with my Bolex was the absolute perfect way to capture the beauty of the day.
