🍫Nutella - Raw Chocolate Hazelnut Spread | Dessert Chef Training

Описание: 8th recipe in my dessert chef training was this decadent nutella spread. The room was really warm so it was liquidy but it tasted delightful!

My Short ❤️ Story with Raw Vegan Desserts:

I worked at a Whole Foods Bakery in Seattle back in 2002 where I indulged in more sweet treats than you can imagine - SERIOUSLY! I ❤️'d every minute of it but my body unfort didn't...the weight packed on slowly but surely...it was the 1st time I felt overweight & thereafter, I struggled here & there with extra weight that was difficult to lose at times...

Fast forward 20 yrs later to Oct 2022 - I had been WFPB vegan for 3+ years & about 6 mths eating a raw & living foods diet. I decided to make my 1st real raw vegan dessert which was a strawberry cream cake made with just whole foods: young thai coconut & dates as a sweetener...WOOOOOOW - it was absolutely stunning & beyond delicious!!! While it wasn't the quickest treat to make, I was able to do it well with a beautiful outcome which was very motivating.

After making a few more delightful raw treats, I decided to take a Raw Vegan Mooncake Course in Dec 2022. I made mooncakes regularly for a couple weeks & shipped a variety of them to friends & family for Xmas which was a fun & rewarding accomplishment.

I then decided to take things to the next level & started a Raw Vegan Dessert Chef certification course in mid Jan 2023. This course taught me how to make a variety of cakes, tarts, truffles, fudges & even Nutella! 1 month later after intensive focus, I created my own cake & completed the course!

It's a fantastic feeling to have the passion, skills & experience to create sweet treats that are refined sugar-free, gluten-free, grain-free, oil-free, egg-free, dairy-free, no-bake & filled with ❤️, organic, raw & sprouted ingredients!

I filmed every recipe I made & shared a lot of my experience along the way so there will be a ton of delish delights to come on my channel! x
