Forgot to drop this fight lol. So yeah...this was after lightning and storm, turns out the spot bosses do power up fully when Pu rejoins your team.
Also neutralizer is fun to use. Not sure if it is the same with offense or defense or guts but speed's turn order changes don't happen until the next battle turn. So if you run into an issue where a boss can summon mooks and is also potentially also applying psychic shields just remember that it is safe to use as long as Pu goes after Jeff to reset it right away.
Speed up best stat buff spell in M2 DX btw...Pu a lot better in M2DX than he ever was in base game lol. Speed is such a powerful stat in EB's base game and it was made even more powerful here cause of no random turn orders from +/- 50% speed lol.
On a different note now...the trashing I gave this top enforcer in Giygas' army certainly makes how the base clears out after the fight and how Giygas goes crazy after Ness powers up to god mode end game make sense lol.
