Описание: Pyramid-like burial mounds or Moidams in Upper Assam showcase the glorious history of the 600-year-old Tai Ahom dynasty. The Charaideo Archaelogical site is India’s sole nomination this year for the UNESCO World Heritage Site status. The nominated property includes 90 burial mounds spread across 95.02 hectares, and a buffer zone nearby, spread across 754.51 hectares.
