Severe upper back pain that radiates from entire left upper back down to the left knee, and right neck pain to right shoulder. Because of the overall pain, has difficulty walking beyond 30-60 mins and sitting beyond 10-15 mins. Has belly pain / abdominal pain and heartburn since as a teenager and progressively gotten worse past 10 months.
