📄 Ingredients:
For the sauce:
Butter for the frying pan
1 large crushed garlic clove
250ml of cream
125 grams of gorgonzola cheese in pieces (mild flavored)
150 to 200 grams of lightly boiled broccoli
Grated nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste
Notes: Cut the broccoli into sprigs and cook them with water and salt for about 4 minutes, very quickly. Drain them and set aside.
In a pan or skillet melt the butter and lightly stir-fry the garlic. Then add the cream and stir.
Add the gorgonzola cheese in small pieces and melt over low heat.
Once mixed, add the broccoli sprigs and season to taste.
Finally, the previously boiled pasta al dente.
If you think the sauce is too thick, just add a little water in which the pasta was cooked.
For this sauce, gorgonzola cheese with a milder flavor was used, but if desired, a more intense one can be used. It is up to each one.
Furthermore:
300 grams of pasta of your choice
Set aside some pasta water (if desired)
If desired, add to the dish before serving gorgonzola cheese, grated parmesan cheese, basil leaves or small pieces of tomatoes.---------------------------------------------------
