You are only required to leave because you dont have a job. No job = No Money
So better go home.

Can you legally work for other companies?
NO, because you already have a Hotel Employer

Can you work illegally for part time?
Yes because employers who hire for Part time jobs does not declare tax or pay health insurance.

What happens if you work Part Time?
You have no Rights to claim medical assistance.

What happens if an employer wants to hire me permanently?
Your residence permit needs to be cancelled and reapply a new one.
