This is my introduction video for the custom Ford C600 car hauler that I kit bashed together for the Glory Days of Drag Racing 2025 Group Build. Both kits are done by AMT and I took the Ford C600 City Delivery truck in 1/25th scale and kit bashed it together with the Ford LN8000 Race Car Hauler in 1/25th scale in order to come up with a 1966ish, Ford C600 custom car hauler. I didn't like the modern look of the LN8000, so I figured out how to bash parts from the kits together to make it work.
I actually ended up using the front portion of the C600 and the frame from the LN8000.
I also added a sleeper cab from the AMT California Hauler in 1/25th scale as well. This is just a short introduction to cover the idea for the build. This was made to go with my custom 1965 Mercury Comet Cyclone, A/FX version done by Moebius with Model King in 1/25th scale to be the drag car.
The group build was co-hosted by Joe at BigSkyModelWorkshop and Tiffany at DirtRoadCinderella1854.
