FFMPEG & Visual Studio Code on Windows: How To Get Started Easily!

Описание: Today we are debugging the FFmpeg application using Visual Studio Code on a Windows system.
We compile FFmpeg with libx264 on Windows 10 using MSVC (Microsoft Visual C++) like we did in the related video    • FFMPEG + libx264 Compiling On Windows With...  
We use different flags this time to perform a better debugging later.
We install Visual Studio Code, we install the useful plugins and then we configure the launch
In the end, we test our result.
