Having been dealt the ultimate blow, finding his target fish floating dead, Lewis Read was understandably at a loss with his angling. Still wanting to get his rods out, he ventured to an old stomping ground that had served him well the previous year, Englefield Lagoon. With the famous Baby Black no longer present, and the bit between his teeth, Lewis took full advantage of the lake being quiet. It’s funny how these things work out but, in the end, Lewis enjoyed a short but sweet period of angling that saw him land two of the most sought-after residents, with the latter of the pair falling to an interesting rig he calls The Nora.
