In the second part of our Amsterdam canal cruise, we pass by the unique Houseboat Museum, offering insight into what it’s like to live on the water, and spot one of the city’s famous Flower Bikes, a colorful art project that has become an Amsterdam icon. Along the way, you’ll notice that there is no dedicated parking for boats, as anyone can take an available space. As the boat turns at the charming Leidsegracht, we continue onto the elegant Herengracht and pass the beautiful Seven Bridges Amsterdam, a stunning view you can only experience from the water. We also pass the prestigious Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam, one of the most luxurious hotels in the Netherlands. As the boat turns left onto the Amstel River, we catch a view of the historic Skinny Bridge, before continuing along the river past the grand National Opera & Ballet and the iconic Dancing Houses with their leaning facades.
