✅ Eligibility Criteria:
1. Only New Enterprises under the Service Sector (listed in Annexure A & B) are eligible.
Waste collection, treatment, and disposal activities are explicitly included.
2. Business must be registered as an MSME under UDYAM Registration.
3. Loan must be for new machinery, equipment, furniture/fixtures—land & building are excluded.
4. Enterprise must have:
o GST Registration
o Shop & Establishment License if located in a Municipal Corporation area.
o Service Tax Registration (where applicable)
5. Loan should be sanctioned and disbursed by a bank or financial institution governed by RBI. NBFC loans are not eligible.

📍 Taluka-Wise Interest Subsidy Rates:
📍 Category 1 Talukas:
• 7% Interest Subsidy
• Maximum: ₹35 lakhs per annum
• Duration: 7 years
📍 Category 2 Talukas:
• 6% Interest Subsidy
• Maximum: ₹30 lakhs per annum
• Duration: 6 years
📍 Category 3 Talukas & Municipal Corporation Areas:
• 5% Interest Subsidy
• Maximum: ₹25 lakhs per annum
• Duration: 5 years

🎁 Additional Interest Subsidy:
You can get an extra 1% interest subsidy if your business qualifies under any of the following:
1. Registered Start-Up (recognized by DPIIT or Govt. of Gujarat)
2. Women Entrepreneur (100% equity by women)
3. Differently Abled Entrepreneur (100% equity)
4. Young Entrepreneur below 35 years (100% equity by young person)
⚠️ A minimum 2% interest must be borne by the enterprise regardless of the total subsidy.

📝 Application Guidelines:
1. Choose the date of eligibility:
o From first disbursement of term loan, or
o From start of commercial operations / rendering services
2. Apply online within 1 year from either:
o First disbursement date, or
o Commercial operations start date (whichever is later)
3. Late applications will reduce eligible subsidy duration equal to the delay.
4. Subsidy is reimbursed only after operations begin.
5. If term loan is sanctioned after 1 year from the start of operations, no subsidy will be granted.

🔍 Key Compliance Requirements:
• Minimum 10 permanent employees
• At least 85% workforce and 60% managerial staff must be locals
• No subsidy for:
o Penal interest
o Other bank charges
o Period of loan default

❌ Disqualification Triggers:
• If enterprise defaults on EMI/interest payment (based on RBI’s 90-day NPA rule), subsidy for that period will be disallowed.
• If total subsidy (state + central) exceeds the actual interest paid.
