When Kate Moss walked in a Victoria’s Secret show at 49, the internet did what it always does: criticized her body, her face, her very presence. I came across the comments—and I couldn’t stay quiet.

This video was one of my very first uploads, recorded without a logo, intro, or plan. Just me, a cup of coffee, and a gut-punch realization about how cruel society can be toward women who dare to age visibly.

But even now, everything I said here still rings true. The criticism of women must stop. And that starts with unlearning the stories we’ve been told about our worth.
