Day 3 at the Ziro Festival was when the real magic finally began.
We checked out from our cozy cottage and moved into our new home for the next few days — Encamp, a beautiful campsite tucked between nature, hills, and mist.
After settling into our tents and freshening up, we headed straight to the festival ground… and the vibe instantly hit us.
Live indie bands, soulful music echoing through the valley, people dancing freely, that cool mountain breeze — everything felt unreal.
We tried the local rice beer and wine served in bamboo glasses, tasted silkworms for the first time, and soaked in every bit of the festival’s energy.
Day 3 was not just the start of the festival —
it was the start of a feeling.
A feeling of freedom, culture, nature, and pure happiness.
