Been chipping away at making this arrangement for the better part of 2 weeks, our most requested song so far in the short lifetime of Speedy Keys, probably due to the enthusiastic community surrounding 2019’s BEST indie game (what? we’re not biased YOU’RE biased). The Heart is a densely orchestrated track with pulsing brass and discordant counterpoint, in the finger twisting key of eb minor. We changed up some of the dynamics in various sections for maximum ominous-ness on piano, but let it all rip for the effective choruses to keep their epic vibe intact.
