PAN PAN BUKAYO PUEDE PANG NEGOSYO | BANGBANG TAUSUG, (Pan pan Hinti) is one of the Filipino-Tausug pastries (Bang-bang Sug) usually serve and eaten as afternoon snacks (merienda) or even breakfast accompanied with Kahawa Sug (Tausug coffee).
Pan pan Hinti is made from sweet potatoes as its dough and Hinti (sweet grated coconut) as its filling with some flour to coat it and lightly fried in cooking oil. It’s very unique and satisfying and one of our favorite snacks (bang-bang sug).
Ingredients:
1 Kg. Sweet Potatoes or Pumpkin
2.5 Cups All Purpose Flour
Hinti (Sweet coconut fill)

Cooking oil
For the Batter:
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
5 Tbsp. Rice Flour
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 Cup Water
