Описание: The Holland Tunnel connects Manhattan Island to New Jersey (Jersey City). Late that afternoon, hundreds of vehicles were converging on it. Criminals robbed a jeweler and escaped in his car. They took the tunnel to evade the police. Inside, they crashed into a truck carrying illegal and highly flammable toxic materials. The fire spread rapidly, destroying everything in its path, causing concrete blocks to collapse and other damage to various parts of the tunnel.

Emergency services were unable to enter the tunnel, as its entrances were blocked by the collapsed debris, including the emergency access tunnel from the second, still-intact tunnel. Mountaineer Roy Nord, who survived in the tunnel, tried to find a way out, but he died in the attempt. The survivors, threatened by drowning, hypothermia, and suffocation, turned to Kit Latura, the former head of New York City's Emergency Medical Services (EMS), who, now working as a taxi driver, happened to be on the scene. Latura did everything he could to save them. Time was running out as water gradually flooded the tunnel...



Personally, I think this is one of Stallone's best film roles: more human than ever, poignant, he gives his life to save others.

Of course, there are others like Over the Top, Rocky, or Rambo, but this one is unique.

I saw this film when I was very young, and I've always loved Daylight.

I'm really happy I was able to recreate the film as best I could, and I hope it moves you!

I love Viggo Mortensen's appearance in this film, where he unfortunately plays a cold man, but who really became famous afterwards with The Lord of the Rings.

PS: Recreating the fan scene was a real challenge!😅
