Sardar Ghulam Abbas Khan remains a powerful and influential personality to this day. Among his notable projects are the construction of small dams and roads in the district, the establishment of a Government Technical College, and a sub-campus of UET Taxila. He has taken revolutionary steps in education, healthcare, and communications.
However, compared to the Sardar Ghulam Abbas Khan of the past, today’s Sardar Ghulam Abbas Khan may not hold the same level of influence as he once did.

Chaudhry Ayaz Amir is one of the most influential names, known more for his journalism than his politics. He served once as a Member of the Provincial Assembly and once as a Member of the National Assembly. His father, Chaudhry Amir Khan Bhagwalia, was also a Member of the National Assembly. However, beyond his political background and career, Chaudhhry Ayaz Amir is recognized internationally for his work in journalism.
During the print media era, he wrote for major newspapers, and in the current age, he is frequently seen speaking on prominent electronic media channels. Chaudhry Ayaz Amir is a well-educated individual, and even a single phone call from him reveals the extent of his influence and commanding personality.
As a Member of the National Assembly, one of his notable contributions was the establishment of a passport office in Chakwal. He also oversaw the construction of roads and other development projects in the district. However, it is in his role as a journalist that he is widely regarded as one of the most influential figures.

Former Lieutenant General (Retired) and Director General of ISI, Faiz Hameed, is also known as one of the most influential personalities. General (Retired) Bajwa favored General Faiz Hameed and granted him extensive powers as DG-C.
