Attention: Update .5005 has lowered the spawn rates of the better then rare Larva. To low in fact, also new larva fail to respawn if your in render distance of first batch that spawn in. Making it very hard now to get those better then rare larva and its not fast. Hope they tweak it up a bit.
Tip: Save game in area you want to try and farm, once the batch of larva spawn in, its 0-2 might spawn in your area, look, loot, then just save game, exit to main menu, then reload game for a fresh batch to spawn in.

Quick tips on Larva and butterfly larva obtaining them and recycling them.
How to get lots of mutagen, fertilizer and rare larva just by picking up butterfly larva in zone were they just keep spawning.
These tips will make it easier to obtain all the butterfly types.
