Ultra-Shear's Carbide Insert Rabbeting Bit could be the last rabbeting bit you ever buy. You'll never need another because when this bit dulls you don't replace it or try to find a shop to sharpen it. You just turn the three carbide inserts a quarter turn, tighten them back down and get right back to work. After thousands and thousands of feet, when all four edges have been used up, just order another set of inserts and you're right back in business. And if you get the Collar Set, you'll have bearing-guided depths from 1/2" (standard) down to 1/16" in 1/16" increments.
