Ukraine says Russia continued striking logistics routes despite halt on city infrastructure attacks. Kyiv residents endured 7 hours under air raid alert as attacks hit during extreme winter cold. Russian attacks come on eve of trilateral Russia, Ukraine,US talks on ending the war.
