CLUTCH Live at the Hagerstown Fairgrounds 1991 [Soundboard Cassette]

Описание: This was unearthed by MC Babycrusher from his archives and entrusted to me for preservation and upload. This is a soundboard cassette tape from the Clutch show at the Hagerstown Fairgrounds Grandstand on October 24, 1991. Also on the bill were Askance and Lawn Dart. I think Bottom Line was on this show as well but not on the flyer. If I'm not mistaken, this show was setup by Jason Murphy.

This recording is very raw and is of below average recording quality throughout, however, it is a beautiful snapshot in time of the unadulterated energy of Clutch in their embryonic form. Undoubtedly, this show planted the seed that would turn Hagerstown into a mecca of Clutch fandom for decades to come. I was at this show, and without a doubt, it shaped the path I would take with music.

One of the coolest moments on this recording is in the song Impetus where the vocals don't come in at the correct spot and Neil improvises to a full recovery.
