Welcome to day 10 of the 30-day yoga challenge. Today we are focusing on back strength, flexibility and mobility, to work towards our peak pose for today's class - Camel pose, also known as Ustrasana.
This class includes a combination of postures to strengthen the muscles in the back of the body and strengthen and lengthen the muscles in the front to prepare you for backbend practice.
Backbends can be very challenging so we will move gradually through this practice to build heat and warm up for camel pose.
