Today I’m sharing a soft, moist, and super healthy Oats Carrot Banana Cake recipe 🍰
No sugar • No butter • No flour — Perfect for weight loss & a healthy lifestyle 🌿

🛒 Ingredients
🌾 Oats — 150g
🥛 Hot Milk — 170ml
🥕 Carrots (grated) — 150g
🍌 Banana — 1
🥚 Eggs — 2
🍬 Stevia — 1 tbsp
🌿 Cinnamon Powder — 1/2 tsp
🧂 Pinch of Salt
🌼 Vanilla — 1/2 tsp
🥥 Coconut Oil — 1 tbsp
🧁 Baking Powder — 1 & 1/2 tsp
🍧 Topping
🌰 Almonds — 20g
🥣 Greek Yogurt — 80–100g
🍯 Stevia or Honey — as needed
🌼 Vanilla — 1/2 tsp
👩🍳 How to Make the Cake
1. First, add 150g rolled oats into 170ml hot milk and mix well. 🥣
2. Grate 150g carrot and add it into the oats bowl. Mix well. 🥕
3. Take one banana, remove the skin, and mash it well on a plate. 🍌
4. Add the mashed banana into another mixing bowl. 🥣
5. Crack 2 eggs into the banana puree bowl. 🥚
6. Add stevia, cinnamon powder, and vanilla. Mix well. ✨🍽️
7. Add coconut oil and mix again. 🥥
8. Add the oats mixture into the bowl and mix well. 🌾
9. Add baking powder and mix until smooth. 🧁
10. The cake batter is ready. ✔️
11. Pour the batter into a baking pan and spread evenly. 🔪
12. Bake at 180°C for 50–60 minutes. 🔥
✨ Topping
1. Roast 20g almonds in a frypan. 🌰🔥
2. Place them on a wooden board and chop well. 🔪
3. Add Greek yogurt into a bowl, mix with stevia/honey and vanilla. 🥣✨
4. Topping is ready. ✔️
🎂 Final Step
1. Remove the baked cake from the pan and let it cool for 10 minutes. ⏳
2. Spread the Greek yogurt vanilla topping over the cake. 🧁
3. Add chopped almonds on top. 🌰
4. Cake is ready to serve. 🎉
