He noted that PM Modi identifies four key segments of the nation's population—women, youth, farmers, and laborers—and has been working for their welfare since 2014. Upon taking the oath of office for the third term, the Prime Minister immediately prioritized work for farmers, demonstrating his constant concern for their well-being. A state-level event is taking place in Sumerpur today, coinciding with nationwide celebrations; the Prime Minister will release the third installment of the scheme into beneficiaries' accounts today. A sum exceeding ₹18,000 crore will be transferred to farmers' accounts, with 66,000 farmers in Rajasthan set to benefit from the scheme. The Congress party has consistently betrayed farmers, whereas a total of ₹4.40 lakh crore has been transferred to farmers' accounts to date. The 'PM Kisan Samman Nidhi' funds have empowered farmers to become self-reliant. Efforts to ensure water reaches every individual are proceeding earnestly, and farmers are being encouraged to adopt high-yield crop varieties. The government is running the 'Khet Bachao Abhiyan' (Save the Farm Campaign) to protect agricultural land from degradation. Farmers must shift to natural farming practices to achieve higher yields. Conserving water and ensuring its availability is also a major campaign initiative. PM Modi has tripled the agricultural budget, and the government is ensuring an adequate electricity supply for farmers across the state, while also providing ample power to boost industries.
