Harvesting Peppers & Market Prices | Dominican Republic Agriculture Farming

Описание: In this video we continue with our 2nd official harvesting Cubanelle Peppers. Remember we did do a very small cut in the beginning but I really don't count that. In the last agriculture video we harvested 11,0000 lbs of peppers and sold them to the market for $500 RD. We were able to turn a profit even though the price per sack wen down by $400 RD. This time we harvested 136 sacks of Cubanelle Peppers and sold them for $300 RD which is a drastic drop from our very first small cut at $900 RD to now at $300 RD. The market fell another $200 RD from the last cut. I a lot of profit was lost due to this drop in the market. Very disappointing but these are some of the pitfalls you run into doing agriculture in Dominican Republic. Enjoy.
