North Korean high-level delegation leaves hotel on way back home

Описание: (27 Feb 2018) The high-level North Korean delegation to the Winter Olympics in South Korea returned home on Tuesday at the end of a three-day visit that took in the closing ceremony in Pyeongchang.
The delegation was led by Kim Yong Chol, a former general whom South Korea has accused of being behind two attacks on the South that killed 50 people in 2010.
Kim is now the vice president of the Central Committee of the Worker's Party.
