Описание: TENDENCIES is a 2025 advanced level percussion ensemble for seven performers set in three movements by percussion composer, Edward Freytag. Although contemporary in nature, TENDENCIES exhibits very cohesive musical elements through form, tonality and atonality, rhythmic complexities, and timbre through instrumentation. This is a great piece for very advanced high school, collegiate, and professional performers. Each movement has its own nature and identity, yet each movement works well within the overall statement made by the entire composition. This one can be a great concert showpiece, a competitive statement, or a great recruiting tool for percussion programs.
