Mix Vegetable Pakoda मिक्स वेज पकोड़ा Crispy Snacks, How to Make Vegetable Pakoda Recipe in Hindi - Spring onion, cabbage, carrot, onion, potato, besan, rice flour, coriander leaves, pumpkin, garlic paste, green chilli, oil, cumin powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt
Ingredients are as below-
Spring onion - 20 gms chopped
cabbage - 40 gms chopped
carrot - 20 gms chopped
onion - 2 pieces chopped
potato - 2 pieces chopped
besan - 1 and 1/2 cup
rice flour - 1/2 cup
coriander leaves - 2-3 tbs
pumpkin - 50 gms
garlic paste - 1 tbs
green chilli - 2 pieces
oil - for fry
cumin powder - 1/2 tbs
turmeric powder - 1/2 tbs
black pepper powder - 1/4 tbs
coriander powder - 1/2 tbs
red chilli powder - 1/4 tbs
garam masala - 1/2 tbs
salt - as per taste
