Hello everyone! this is a short video demonstrating how I use my solar oven to dye wool and yarn. I really like solar dyeing because it uses a renewable energy and heats the water slowly, so less chance of felting the wool.
In this video I used avocado peels, onion peels, and turmeric root.
Unfortunately, spring hasn't arrived properly, and all this week has been cloudy and cold, so the colors were very pale. I will try to update with another video when the weather is better.
