Here i used W1209 digital temperature controller module which works on 12v supply. It requires two separate 12v supply, one to power the module and another to supply the voltage to the load. For load i used peltier module TEC-12706. this module has a temperature control limit of -50 C ~ +110 C. The maximum degree Celsius that i could reach is -7.8 degree Celsius, by more proper ventilation the temperature can go down below -7.8 C.
