I wrote a LOT of songs for my Fullmetal Alchemist musical project in 2022, which at the time, I kept locked away, not wanting to share them online until they were in perfect, fully produced final form at the risk of jeopardizing the project's success. However, a lot has changed since then. Not only am I a lot more confident in my abilities as a composer, having seen projects like Epic: The Musical become incredibly successful while still actively in development, I now realize the value of consistently updating on a creative project in order to create momentum and stake one's claim on a particular idea. I've vastly underestimated the excitement even a simple, unpolished demo can created, and what's more, now I'm monetized on Youtube, so keeping these songs in the vault is basically just leaving money in the bank. I recorded this demo three years ago, so please forgive the thoroughly unpolished recording, plunky plunk accompaniment and my much less polished 17-year-old voice. I hope to soon post a much more "official" lyric video for this song featuring the full orchestration and Ellie on vocals-- stay tuned for that!!!
