Clear Coating Over Single Stage Wet on Wet - INSANE RESULTS

In this video we are working on a 1968 Chevy Bel Air. This car is getting a very detailed paint job inside and out, and once it leaves our shop, it will be getting a full interior made. The suspension and mechanical has all been redone, and it has a big block V8 crate engine straight from GM. The paint job is something we have never shown on this channel before. We take nason single stage and clear coat right over it while the single stage is still wet. There are a lot of people that say it can’t be done, or that it shouldn’t be done as it can cause problems with the paint, I don’t know how to explain it other than witchcraft haha. It worked for us, and the proof is sitting there looking at us. Cam has done this in the past on a few bike tanks and he did a test on the underside of the trunk and hood before doing the whole car, so we knew what to expect. We love the way this turned out and hope that the owner will be taking it to some car shows this summer!
