An Arctic blast of air arrives Saturday morning, and highs will not get out of the 20s across north Georgia. Factor in winds of 40+ mph at times, and wind chills will hover in the single digits to near 0 much of the day. Temperatures will drop into the teens Saturday night, and wind chills are likely to drop to between 0 and -10...even in metro Atlanta Sunday morning.
