खजराना मंदिर इन्दौर का प्रसिद्ध गणेश मंदिर है। यह मंदिर विजय नगर से कुछ दूरी पर खजराना चौक के पास में स्थित है। इस मंदिर का निर्माण अहिल्या बाई होल्कर द्वारा किया गया था। इस मंदिर में मुख्य मूर्ति भगवान गणपति की है जो केवल सिन्दूर द्वारा निर्मित है। इस मंदिर में गणेश जी के अतिरिक्त माता दुर्गा जी महाकालेश्वर की भूमिगत शिवलिंग गंगा जी की मगरमच्छ पर जलधारा मूर्ति लक्ष्मी जी का मंदिर साथ ही हनुमान जी की झाँकी मन मुग्ध करने वाली है। यहाँ शनि देव मंदिर एवं साई नाथ का भी भव्य मंदिर विराजमान है यहाँ इस तरह की अनुभूति होती है जैसे सारे देवी देवता एक स्थान पर उपस्थित हो गये हों। यहाँ आकर समय का आभास ही नही रहता है ।यहाँ की मंदिर व्यवस्था बहुत ही उत्तम कोटि की है। इस मंदिर में 10000 से लोग हर दिन दर्शन करते है। यहाँ जो भी भक्त अपनी मनोकामना की पूर्ति के लिये गणेश जी के पीठ पर उल्टा स्वास्तिक बनाता है गणपति जी उसकी मनोकामना पूर्ण करते हैं। मनोकामना पूर्ण होने के पश्चात पुन सीधा स्वास्तिक बनाते हैं।यहाँ गणेश जी की विशेष आराधना बुध वार ऐवं चतुर्थी को की जाती है इस दिनों भक्तों की अपार भीड़ दर्शनार्थ जुटते हैं।


Khajrana Ganesh Temple is a Hindu temple complex situated in Khajrana area of Indore in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh India The main temple in the complex is dedicated to Lord Ganesha It was built by Maharani Ahilyabai Holkar of the Holkar Dynasty

This temple was built in 1735 by Maharani Ahilyabai Holkar of the Holkar dynasty who retrieved the idol of god Ganesha from a well where it had been hidden to keep it safe from the Mughal ruler Aurangzeb The devotees circle around the temple and tie a thread to pray to Lord Ganesha for the successful completion of their work It is said that the ancient idol in the temple was seen in a dream of a local priest Pandit Mangal Bhatt The temple is still managed by the Bhatt family

From a small hut to a huge structure the temple has developed a lot over the years The temple regularly receives money gold diamonds and other precious jewels in the form of donations The gate the outer and upper walls of the Garbhagriha are made of Silver and different moods and festivals are depicted on it The eyes of the deity are made of diamonds which were donated by a businessman of Indore
Currently it is under the control of DM of Indore and priests are on monthly salaries The area around the temple has also been developed for easy access

Khajrana Ganesha Temple was constructed by Rani Ahilyabai Holkar This temple is one of the famous Hindu temples in India Mostly wednesday and sunday huge people will come to this temple for offering prayers As per a local belief all the wishes of the devotees are fulfilled once they worship in this temple The main festival of this temple is vinayak chathurthi and was held in grand manner in the month of August and september
The temple is taken over by the government The temple is managed by the Bhatt family It is believed that in order to safe guard the idol from Aurangzeb the idol was hidden in a well and in 1735 it was taken out from the well and a temple was established in 1735 by Ahilyabai Holkar belonging to the Holkar dynasty of the Maratha Empire
