This easy baked cottage cheese dessert is made with just a few simple ingredients. Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla powder
250 g condensed milk
1 kg cottage cheese
Method:
Add eggs, vanilla powder, condensed milk, and cottage cheese to a bowl.
Mix or blend until smooth and well combined.
Grease a 2-liter baking tray with butter and pour in the mixture.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) covered for 40 minutes.
Remove the cover and bake for another 15 minutes until lightly golden.
Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 6 hours for best results.
This dessert sets beautifully and tastes even better once chilled.
