AEPF 13: The Right to Dissent must be at the Heart of Democracies

Описание: This Plenary launched our study on how and why dissent is being throttled, giving examples of laws and mechanisms used to curb dissent. We raised voices of the oppressed from across our regions, cultivated relationships between rights defenders and called for a global coalition to revitalise the universal rights to speech, expression, peaceful assembly and dissent.
